Honey, the Cocker Spaniel. had a bad experience while boarding in the pet shop. Diana, the owner, told me after since that incident happened. She no longer bring Honey for grooming anymore, she would trimmed her herself. I was recommend by Snoop owner to her. After seeing me handle Mao Mao and Snoop at her house. She felt more safe and gain trust in me. There must be trust between owner, fur-kid and me, than grooming session would be enjoyable. Thank you, Diana, for the lunch and drinks at your home.
